Tora! Tora! Tora! is a turn-based strategy war game set in the pacific theater during World War II. The game provides full top-down map with all the fleets, squadrons, bases, and cities in the Pacific Ocean for complete overview of the pacific theater of war, while it switches to isometric 3D presentation during turn-based combat.
