The Ultimate Doom is a full copy of Doom with an additional fourth episode, titled Thy Flesh Consumed, which offers nine levels of more demon-slaying and bigger challenges. Some CD-ROM releases came with the shareware release of Heretic. The Steam version was replaced with Doom + Doom II in 2024. Owners of The Ultimate Doom were automatically upgraded.
