The player takes the role of a baseball manager of one of the Central Japanese teams. After picking a team, the player determines the positions of each baseball player. Each game is done automatically or by the player. When controlling the batter or pitcher, the player makes use of a target grid system and card system to predict how the batter aims and strikes or how the pitcher aims and throws.
