Daytona USA: C.C.E. Net Link Edition

This is a Daytona USA: CCE version that takes advantage of the online feature of the Net Link, an accessory for the US Saturn that among other things, allowed web browsing, IRC, e-mail, and of course, online gaming with the games that supported it.
