Conflict: Desert Storm II: Back to Baghdad is the sequel to Conflict: Desert Storm. The player is ordered back to Iraq for some unfinished business. The gameplay and controls haven't changed since the original, but it has more detailed graphics. There are more weapons at the squad's disposal and more vehicles to drive.
