Cipher Complex

Cipher Complex is a canceled stealth action game that aimed to place more focus on fast-paced close-quarters combat than other stealth games at the time. When unusual activity is detected around a decommissioned Soviet missile defense station and the US is stonewalled by the Russian government, special agent John Sullivan (codenamed Cipher) is sent in to investigate.
