Winning Post 2: Program '96

Winning Post 2: Program '96 is an updated version of Winning Post 2, featuring updated race information for the 1996 series. New in this version is the Paper Owner Game mode, a "fantasy sports" style game mode for multiple players where each player selects their choice of horses for a given year, and winners are determined by the performance of each player's selected horses.
