Super Pro Decathlon is a game that contains ten track and field events. The events are the 100 Meter Dash, 400 Meter Dash, Broad Jump, Shot-Put, High Jump, Triple Jump, 110 Meter Hurdle, Discus Throw, Pole Vault, and .Javelin Throw, Players can choose a difficulty level to the events they are participating in. The three difficulty levels from easiest to hardest are amateur, olympic, and super pro.The game also offers a practice mode where the player can practice the event of their choosing in front of an empty stadium.
