Screaming Mad George's Paranoia Scape is an action game. Played from a first-person perspective, the game mimics a pinball table where you use the "bal"l to kill the adversaries as you go through each stage to get as many points as possible. When the ball hits certain objectives on the field, points are awarded. Flippers are player-controlled plastic bats that guard a drain at the bottom of the play field. When every ball has gone down the drain, the game is over. It includes noises and designs of the Japanese special effects artist, director and musician Joji Tani, better known as Screaming Mad George.
