Perfect Golf 2

Perfect Golf 2 is a follow up to golf simulation game The Perfect Golf, featuring even more real-life courses. The game includes over 8500 individual golf holes across 400 courses, all of them representing real-life courses from across Japan. Gameplay is virtually unchanged from the previous release, using the same graphics and menu-driven system for taking a shot. One to four players can use one of eight pre-made golfers or customize their own. Any of the included courses can be freely played in 1, 9, or 18 hole play, and there is also an option to select a random course to play. The game includes a database of over 680 Japanese golf courses, including contact information and membership fees as of 1998, which can be searched through a variety of different criteria. There is also an extensive illustrated guide for golf rules and manners.
