Pendulous

Pendulous is a 2D, pendulum-motion platformer, set in a steam-driven clockwork world. The player controls a displaced gear, swinging from anchor to anchor, trying to reach the end of each level. Along the way the gear has to use sliding pipes, steam jets, and zero gravity fields to avoid deadly plasma balls, electrical arcs, and the red mist below. New concepts are introduced slowly, with early levels focusing on a single element: a level with just steam jets, a level with just moving pipes, etc...
