Mōri Motonari: Chikai no Sanshi is a tactical RPG in the vein of Shining Force. It is a historical drama based on the life of 16th-century daimyo Mōri Motonari, and the third entry in Koei's Eiketsuden series of historical RPGs. The story opens in 1517 with Motonari forced to take the reins of his clan following the deaths of both his father and elder brother.
