Kosodate Quiz: Motto My Angel is a quiz simulation game. The player guides two new parents in raising their daughter. The player must answer trivia questions correctly to raise more money for their daughter and guide her in decisions throughout her life, such as her choice of career. There are different endings depending on the choices the player makes throughout the game. New to Kosodate Quiz: Motto My Angel is the First Love mode, where the player can choose to play as either a ten year old boy or girl during one week of summer vacation. The player's character falls in love, and the player must guide them through the week. This mode plays largely the same as the main mode of the game, with the player having to answer multiple choice questions. Depending on the player's performance, their character's mood and excitement levels will change, and these changes transfer over to the main mode of the game.
