Hive

Hive is a strategy game in which two beetle hives battle it out. The player can spawn three kinds of beetles: attackers (attack enemy beetles), defenders (defend the own hive from attackers) and harvesters (harvest resources from scrap metal which are required for spawning new beetles). The destination of new spawns is chosen by the player, but otherwise the beetles act automatically. The role of any spawned beetle can also be changed later, but the command is sent through other beetles on the field and is therefore not instant. The goal is to eradicate all enemy beetles.
