Fox Sports College Hoops '99 features 120 authentic NCAA teams and their respective logos, including all the major conferences at the time, preseason and conference tournaments, as well as updated rosters for that season. It also had the obligatory game modes: Exhibition, Season and Tournament, including the ability to skip ahead and compete in the Sweet 16 or the Final Four.
