Dozer's Gem Jam

Dozer's Gem Jam is a top-down game where you guide the character Dozer through labyrinths in a quest for star gems. Levels have a time limit and they consist of different floors. The goal is to collect gems in a level before time runs out, usually with a star gem at the end to complete the level. Passages are often obstructed by blocks and it takes some time to break through them. There are different types of blocks and often a specific type of gem needs to be found to be able to break through the corresponding block. Gems add seconds to the timer or provide points. There are also power-ups such as berserk to break through blocks quickly or whirlwind to remove multiple lines of blocks at once. There are hidden passages and explosions to dodge. The game was originally created for the Ludum Dare 29 competition.
