Brain Battle Q

Brain Battle Q is a quiz game which offers real-life prizes. The main game has the player enter the "Sega Saturn Invitational" quiz contest, playing through several rounds of a multiple-choice quiz contest against computer opponents. Upon completing the finals, the player is ranked based on their accuracy and speed, and given a password to send on a postcard included with the game to register their score with the publisher.
