Aero Dancing i

Aero Dancing i is the third Aero Dancing game released for the Dreamcast. It is a flight simulator where the player controls one of thirty planes and fulfills different objectives depending on the mode selected. The player can either control the plane from a first person perspective behind the cockpit or with the camera pulled back behind the plane. It features several modes, with the training mode, free flight and mission mode returning from the previous games. The training mode explains the basic mechanics to the player such as how to control the plane. The free flight mode allows the player to fly over the game's areas without any requirements. The mission mode requires the player to complete various objectives under a time limit and achieving a minimum score. The missions are split into various categories, such as the air attack missions where the player must shoot down all the balloons within the time limit. New planes are unlocked as the player completes missions. The main addition that Aero Dancing i adds to the series is the internet battle mode, which allows up to four players to fight each other online in aerial dogfights. The game also expands on the combat options, including by the addition of ground attacks.
