Far in the future, an Earth destroyed by war is abandoned by humanity. In order to revive the planet a project, code-named 'Project One', is started, and ultimately creates the girl Suguri. Suguri is able to restore life to Earth, but one day she notices an alien invasion ship entering the atmosphere. Using her skills she is able to stop the ship and befriend its inhabitants.
