Notes:

1.1) was released that fixed a glitch which would prevent progression. If the player saved in the cannon room (located in the Kakariko Village Sanctuary), they would become trapped as Shad won't let them leave and Midna won't let them teleport the cannon to Lake Hylia. The glitch only existed in the Wii version of the game and therefore the GameCube version did not receive a patch.
